REGISTRATION is open
until DECEmber 16, 2024!
Please note the following as you prepare your entries:
Click here to register. If you did not create a profile previously, you will have to create a new profile before registering. Parents, teachers, and accompanists will also have to register before participants can complete their registration. Once creation and verification of your Profile is complete, registering yourself, your student, or your child in a class is accomplished by logging in to your Profile and clicking on the “Register” link.
Entry and fee deadline is December 16, 2024. Late fees will apply! Payment is to be made at time of registering.
Payment can no longer be made through PayPal, and Stripe has not yet been set up. Payment of registration fees can be made by e-transfer or cheque (by clicking on the appropriate button in your account). Payment can also be dropped off at Gary Bennett Music in an envelope stating the entrant's name and amount. No refunds will be issued for dropped or missed classes.
Own selection deadline is January 20, 2025. If you do not have the song titles when you register for classes, please enter TBA in the boxes for the title, composer, and arranger. You can log into your profile to add your selections. If you have any issues, please email rotarymusicfestcb@gmail.com
The duration of a performance is mandatory information at registration. Please be as accurate as possible, as this information effects scheduling. If you’re not sure of the exact time, it is better to overestimate.
The name of your accompanist is also mandatory as it affects scheduling.
Duet, trio, quartet and quintet entries: please assign the task of registering for these classes to one member of the group to avoid duplicate entries.
Lists of members of bands, choirs and ensembles must be submitted by email in alphabetical order. Please send lists to rotarymusicfestcb@gmail.com by January 20, 2025.
